Dr. Bob Winkler
Robert S. Winkler (Bob) grew up in Arizona and is a graduate of Stanford University where he participated in varsity baseball and was a member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. Bob then went to Indiana University for Dental School and graduated in 1987. After dental school, he worked for the Indiana State Board of Health and as an associate in a general practice for two years. Dr. Winkler has been practicing cosmetic and family dentistry since 1989 in Colorado Springs. He has been featured on TV channel 5/30 for some of his extensive cosmetic cases (smiles design and "Extreme Makeover"), and also on Channel 11's "Ask the Experts". He is a member of The American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, Colorado Springs Dental Society, The Academy of Osseointegration, and Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Winkler is dedicated to advanced education and participates in many courses each year.
One of Bob's favorite things is spending time with his two sons and supporting their activities. His older son is a high school wrestler and his younger son likes soccer and fencing. So alot of weekends you can catch him at those events around town. He also enjoys skiing, hiking, golf, garden ponds and koi (He is an internationally acclaimed koi judge), weightlifting, baseball, Harley Davidson motorcycles, and fine wines. Hopefully, not all at the same time.
Dr. Andrew M. Goldsmith
Andrew M. Goldsmith (Andrew) grew up in Carson City, Nevada and is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno where he participated in varsity track and was a member of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. He then went to Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr Goldsmith completed a prestigious two year General Practice Residency as chief resident at the University of Colorado where he was also a Clinical Instructor. He has received advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, Surgery, implants, and is licensed by the state of Colorado to perform IV conscious sedation "sleep dentistry". Dr Goldsmith has had multiple articles published in various publications and frequently lectures to groups around the country.
He has been recently seen on channel 11 news "Ask the Expert" and MDTV Medical News Now. MDTV Medical News featured Dr. Goldsmith as an expert for over a year on their television program. The American Medical Media Responsibility and Compliance Association has named Dr. Goldsmith a National Medical Expert in Dentistry.
Dr. Goldsmith is a member of the Amercian Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of Comprehensive Esthtetics, the American Dental Association, American Dental Society of Anesthesiologists, Christian Dental Society, and has served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Springs Dental Society. Andrew has three children and is married to his high school sweetheart. He enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, gourmet foods, and healthy conversation.
